ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The Philippine Nurses Research Society, Inc. (PNRSI) will conduct its 11th National Nursing Research Conference with the theme “Translational Research: Improving Quality of Health Sciences, Informing Policy” on February 28 to March 1, 2018 at Supreme Hotel, 113 Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City and a pre-conference on February 27, 2018 at the same venue. Every year, the National Nursing Research Conference becomes a venue for researchers, clinicians, educators and students to share their research findings with the aim of improving health care outcomes.

Distinguished international and national nurse researchers are invited to address and share their perspectives in this two-day conference and one-day pre-conference. Moreover, we have invited graduate and undergraduate presenters to share their research studies and we are expecting around three hundred or more delegates for this conference. Plenary sessions will focus on the many significant issues in translating research findings into practice in the nursing profession. We encourage concrete ways of distributing/communicating research findings and possible ways to translate into practice such as identifying the implications of the issue and findings for practice, policy, management and leadership, education, or government.
